I am Jovelyn who was born and raised in the Philippines. I am now living in Sicily, Italy since I married an Italian. I am a loving wife and a caring child. I also have a healthy relationship with my family. I love adventures and travel around the world, I have been to many places due to my previous work. I like when there is always something new to learn because it will help me to improve my skills. I am the kind of woman who works hard to reach dreams. I am always reliable when someone needs my help, at work or even in my personal life.
 
For the past 11 years, I have been working in the Casino and Gambling industry. The last company I worked for was an Italian cruise line. I started as a casino dealer until I was promoted as Assistant Casino Manager. With my work experience, I have developed my skills especially communication. I am exposed to provide service to people of different nationalities and I have the flexibility to do administrative tasks.
 
In my journey in the world of freelancing, I am confident that I will be able to do remote work using the skills I learned from previous jobs. I believe I can deliver a high-quality service. I took a course at the Filipino Virtual Assistance Academy (FVA) as a General Virtual Assistant to open up more skills.
 
I created JOSAP to provide Virtual Services, to help Business Owners or Entrepreneurs grow their businesses and give them freedom in small tasks so they can focus on the bigger picture to achieve thier goals.
